How to use big coiling machine correctly ?

Points need to notice before operating big coiling machine .
Every spring manufacturer wants to use the machine effectively ,however becuase some wrong operations , machine efficiency is not good .Here 2 points need to give attention while operating the machine .

If you want to run 9.5mm wire , you can't use toolings of 10mm, it is strictly forbidden to use tooling that is not suitable for wire diameter for processing, otherwise an accident will occur.

Before lifting the mandrel, you must open the side shield and loosen the screws from the inside of the front wall plate, otherwise the unit will be damaged.
